Class types

  • Flowing through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether — a multisensory journey of movement, essential oils, music meditations, and elemental themes. Awaken your senses and align with nature’s rhythm through immersive ambulation and ritual. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath to movement in a flowing sequence of poses. It builds strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness and presence. Each class offers a creative flow, designed to energize the body and calm the mind.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, especially the fascia, where tension, emotions, and energy are often stored. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing for deep release and increased flexibility. Rooted in stillness and patience, this practice aligns with the elemental flow—inviting you to connect inward through Earth’s grounding, Water’s surrender, Fire’s inner warmth, Air’s spaciousness, and Aether’s subtle energy.

  • A Womb Circle is a sacred space where women gather to connect, share, and heal together. Through storytelling, singing, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork), we reconnect with our bodies and inner wisdom. It's a space to explore the cycles of womanhood, support one another, and cultivate deep sisterhood in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment. A Womb Circle is a sacred space where women gather to connect, share, and heal together.
